Support the Bigger Better Bottle Bill

Dear Senator Skelos:

We, the undersigned, do hereby urge you to support the Bigger Better Bottle Bill. Over the last two decades the bottle bill has proven to be our most effective recycling program. To improve recycling, we need to add new items to the bottle bill, such as water, iced tea, sports drinks, and juice containers. We also need to ensure that the hundreds of millions of dollars in unreclaimed bottle deposits are returned to the New York State treasury to fund expanded environmental and recycling programs.
